What You’ll Do: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executing confidential, high-level administrative assistance for the executive team and their direct reports. They may also aid other leaders based on availability and alignment with corporate initiatives.

- Compensation: $28.55 - $31.70 per hour

What’s Needed For This Position:
- Associate's Degree in Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant, or Business Management or related job experience.
- Three years of experience with Administrative Support functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools; highly skilled with computers, tablets, AV systems, and standard office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain precise attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; consistently upholds high ethical standards and maintains confidentiality in all professional matters.
- Experienced in project coordination, meeting facilitation, minute-taking, and providing executive and board-level support.
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments; applies analytical thinking to solve complex problems and enhance operational processes.
- Five years of experience as an executive assistant
- Certifications relating to the profession
Work Schedule and Office Location:
- This is a full-time, hourly position located at Royal's Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.
- Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.
Training:
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
