We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls while providing accurate information to callers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and logs
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
