Overview
The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Kenosha, housed in the beautifully restored Elks Club from the early 1900's. We are looking for part-time restaurant servers who are passionate about great food, genuine service, and creating moments guests will remember. Stella team members are passionate about their work and also like to have fun. Our company was voted "Best Place To Work". We offer flexible work schedules, cross-training in a variety of positions, and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry.

Responsibilities
- Greeting each guest with warm, personalized service.
- Guiding guests through our menu and daily specials.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Staying ahead of guests needs—refills, dessert selections.
- Keeping tables tidy and service flowing smoothly.
- Handling payments quickly and accurately.
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant server.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
