RESTAURANT SERVER

Do you want to deliver unforgettable meals in a setting full of charm and character? The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Kenosha, housed in the beautifully restored Elks Club from the early 1900's. We're looking for part-time restaurant servers who are passionate about great food, genuine service, and creating moments guests will remember!

Stella team members are passionate about their work and also like to have fun! Our company was also voted “Best Place To Work”. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry.

As a Server at The Stella, you'll deliver standout service by:

• Greeting each guest with warm, personalized service.
• Guiding guests through our menu and daily specials.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Staying ahead of guests needs— from refills to desert selections.
• Keeping tables tidy and service flowing smoothly.
• Handling payments quickly and accurately.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  
  
  

The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:

• Previous experience as a restaurant server.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and regular attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
