Pay: $31.41/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Perform routine shift rounds to inspect equipment, document performance, and identify issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, such as filter changes, lubrication, oil changes, and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Service and maintain docks, doors (automatic, hollow metal, overhead), locks, and related hardware.
• Record maintenance activities and findings in CMMS, recommend PM updates, and communicate work status with customers.
• Provide guidance to subcontractors and support site manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining dock levelers, doors, automatic doors, and related hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturers such as Rite Hite, Power Ramp, Nabco, Stanley, Record USA, Tormax, Besam, Allegion, and Assa Abloy preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Valid driver's license; AAADM certification preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret technical instructions, safety rules, and maintenance manuals.
• Basic computer skills, including email and work order systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and customer communication skills.
