About The Role
Dive into a fast-paced environment where precision and dedication matter. As a Forklift Driver on our Warehouse Team at Reckitt\'s Bahrain Factory site, you will contribute to getting products from development to delivery. It\'s a chance to be part of a backbone that powers Reckitt\'s production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
- Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
- Order Picking: Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type. Meet customer service standards.
- Loading: Move product from staging/storage into rail cars or trailers.
- Equipment: Load/unload/move/stack product using forklift or other power equipment. Use RF devices for picking, receiving, putaway, and load functions as required. Maintain equipment and keep areas neat and orderly. Inspect and perform minor maintenance daily. Operate equipment safely following prescribed methods.
- Inventory: Keep records to maintain tight inventory control and security. Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean and safe work area; support warehouse security and comply with safety standards (OSHA).
Qualifications and experience
- Education: High School Diploma; Relevant Driving License (Heavy Machinery)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years operating a forklift
