Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an accountant or bookkeeper, located in Palm Beach, FL with some remote work flexibility. This role will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and conducting audits. Additionally, this role will handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the company's financial health and decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting audits
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Skilled in financial software and accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
