Position Summary

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure every interaction is positive and professional. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or client outreach
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
• Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy
• Support the team by maintaining a positive and professional work ethic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company
