Overview

Customer is looking for additional support at their Cleveland and Akron clinics. This role resolves issues with computer hardware and software, provides end user training and education, builds and rebuilds computers, and assists with the overall operation of end user facing technology. Employees in this role create and manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions. The Help Desk Technician works closely with other IT department personnel and technology owners to assist with tasks that require specific knowledge or expertise. Help Desk Technicians balance creative and technical problem solving, customer service, teamwork and collaboration to ensure personnel throughout the organization can access and utilize resources they need to perform their jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve hardware and software issues on end user devices; perform computer builds and rebuilds; provide end user training and education.
  • Manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and technology owners to assist with tasks requiring specialized knowledge or expertise.
  • Ensure end users can access and utilize resources needed to perform their jobs through proactive problem solving and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Desktop, Help desk, Windows 10, Troubleshooting
  • Customer service, Active Directory, Imaging
  • Microsoft, Azure experience; imaging tools
  • Ability to work between Cleveland and Akron sites; main point of contact for the locations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
