Working from your home office, you will set appointments and showcase our commercial electronic security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We provide a competitive base salary, attractive commissions on product sales, and continuous revenue from service packages. Key Responsibilities: Bring a proactive approach to cultivate and secure new accounts while building solid relationships. Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities, maintaining sales activity and relevant customer information through a CRM application. Evaluate account performance and identify challenges or opportunities for growth with existing customers. Resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand opportunities within the current customer base. Create a customized sales approach with the Director/AVP focusing on identifying and addressing higher-risk areas for prospects. Deliver impactful and tailored sales presentations to prospective customers. Collaborate with Core Commercial Sales teams and Field Sales Engineers for site surveys for National Enterprise Account clients/prospects. Build rapport and gather key information from local customer contacts. Serve as the single point of contact for all customer needs. Work with internal team members to resolve any customer issues, including invoices, service, access, and monitoring. Lead and respond to RFI and RFP requests using cross-functional resources as necessary. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions. Experience in delivering consultative service solutions. 5 years of record in achieving or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable markets. Proven networking and lead-generation skills to secure new business and strengthen relationships. Strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and outstanding verbal & written communication. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required. What We Offer: Highly competitive salary.
