We are currently seeking a National Account Executive to support the expansion of our Electronic Security group. This sales role emphasizes lead generation and relationship building. You’ll work from your home office and engage with national and large regional accounts by presenting our commercial electronic security products and services. Essential Functions: Drive new account acquisition while building strong customer relationships; excellent organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are required. Manage sales activities and maintain customer information utilizing a CRM application. Review account performance and address challenges while identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues as they arise. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand opportunities within the current customer base. Create a tailored sales approach to uncover additional customer needs and potential risks. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Coordinate with Core Commercial Sales teams and Field Sales Engineers for site surveys for National Enterprise Accounts. Build rapport and gather critical information from local customer contacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer relationship needs. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently (invoicing, service, access, etc.). Lead and finalize RFI and RFP requests, using cross-functional resources as necessary. Perform additional duties as required. Job Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions. Track record in selling consultative service solutions. 3 years of experience achieving or exceeding high sales quotas in similar markets or accounts. Proven ability to network and generate leads to acquire new customers and enhance sales within existing accounts. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated negotiation capabilities and business acumen. Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive service and account strategies. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
