Our Electronic Security group continues to expand, and we are searching for a motivated National Account Manager to help drive our growth. This role focuses on lead generation and building strong customer relationships. Working remotely, you will have the opportunity to connect with national and large regional accounts, presenting our top-tier commercial electronic security products and services. Essential Functions: Develop and nurture new accounts while expanding existing relationships, leveraging your exceptional presentation and communication skills. Maintain organized sales activity and customer information in our CRM application. Conduct performance reviews with existing clients to address challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues that arise. Create and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize growth within the current customer base. Work alongside senior leadership to identify and target key risk areas and challenges. Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective customers. Partner with Core Commercial Sales teams to perform site surveys for National Enterprise Accounts. Develop strong local relationships with customer contacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries. Lead the completion of RFI and RFP requests, utilizing cross-functional resources as necessary. Participate in additional tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions. Experience in selling and delivering consultative service solutions. At least 5 years of experience in achieving or exceeding high sales quotas in relevant markets. Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships across organizations. Strong negotiation skills with a solid business acumen. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing service/account outsourcing strategies. Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, while a High School diploma or GED is required. Benefits: Highly competitive salary.
