Construction Project Manager - Civil
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project viability.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals to maintain project flow.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Utilize project management software, including Sage, to track project milestones and budgets.
Implement OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Required Qualifications
5+ years civil project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Excel experience
Utility, water/wastewater, or process piping experience would be outstanding
