About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to drive organizational and cultural transformation. The successful candidate will act as a strategic thought partner to the President and leadership team, leading the alignment of talent to business goals and guiding cultural evolution. This role also involves leading talent strategy and succession planning, elevating the employee experience, and ensuring legal and regulatory excellence, particularly in the areas of California and federal employment law. The VP, HR will be responsible for developing and leading a high-impact HRBP team, and must have a proven track record in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, with a focus on transformation and experience in driving culture change and employee engagement. Applicants for the VP, HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred. The role requires deep working knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices, as well as experience in or exposure to industrial, technology, or manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading strong HR business partner teams, and must be adept at operating in matrixed or shared services HR models. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy and measure success are essential.
