Available ENT Medical Director / Otolaryngology Physician Corning NY 500K+ 100K Signing Bonus + 15K in Relocation Looking for a
MD/DO along with Board Certification and 5 years or more experience in ENT preferred. This individual will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential. Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT at Guthrie. High-volume well-established practice Sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology andOtology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients. Free-standing and modern clinic facilities Remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Department as updated ORs with robotic access. Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations) Advanced Practice Providers support both outpatient and surgical services Generous Paid Time Off annually in addition to holidays and sick time Competitive RVU model with strong internal referral network Competitive Starting and Retention Opportunities Financial support for candidates wishing to pursue or currently in the process of completing a fellowship.
