Sr. Manager, Production Management

supporting the

MTO CLC Team , a typical day will include:

Oversee multiple production projects, ensuring they meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.

Plan, direct, and monitor production processes.

Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop and optimize production schedules.

Allocate labor and capital resources.

Manage production line maintenance to minimize disruptions.

Lead quality investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent.

Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.

Meet individual job requirements and contribute to overall compliance.

Responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.

What you’ll bring to Alcon

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

7 years of relevant experience

5 years of demonstrated leadership
