Position Summary
Product Manager will lead & develop the product strategy and executable product roadmaps to deliver sustainable growth and margin expansion for the Compressed Air & Gas Treatment product portfolio, including compressed air & gas filtration, compressed air dehumidification, industrial nitrogen gas generation, and lab gas generation. Responsibilities
Scope / Supervision and Interaction: Accountable for driving sales and margin growth of the product category. Lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization (engineering, supply chain, sales, production) to manage the full product life cycle and maintain customer satisfaction and business objectives. Track key business performance indicators to identify and execute necessary countermeasures to achieve goals amid market changes. Lead multiple product lines across the Compressed Air & Gas Treatment portfolio (product, promotion, pricing, and channel) to drive sales and margin expansion. Monitor sales and margin results and recommend actions. Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy for Compressed Air & Gas Treatment. Lead multi-generational product roadmap development in line with division strategic plans. Support Winovation new product development process. Define customer requirements/needs and government & regulatory standards. Support Global Product Platforms and ownership of product life cycle management. Conduct complexity analysis & reduction; manage product end-of-life lifecycle. Apply Parker Operating Principle (POP) and support Simple by Design. Develop and implement response strategies; develop IME strategies for existing product innovations/modifications/extensions. Develop product value propositions and be accountable for new product launches. Investigate market needs for innovative products and work with Engineering to prioritize development efforts; support customer segmentation. Conduct market research through trade associations, internet investigations and Corporate services; monitor competitors’ positions and actions. Maintain product literature, catalogs, and technical bulletins; manage cross-over with competitors. Attend customer visits, sales conferences, and trade shows as required. Attract, develop, & retain talent within the product management function. Qualifications
Four-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Business; MBA desired. 5-7 years product management experience; engineering or commercial functions in related industry preferred. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications, Salesforce). Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using problem solving and team-focused approaches. Travel up to 25%. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Pay Range: $97,750 to $171,150 annually. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
