You are: We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge identity governance solutions within the SailPoint ISC platform. As a Technical Architect for SailPoint ISC IGA, you will ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and applications. Your proven track record in implementing SailPoint ISC solutions and deep understanding of identity governance architecture and compliance frameworks will be essential. The work: In this leadership role, you will identify and mitigate technical risks, conduct technical reviews, and ensure the project adheres to its scope. You will architect scalable, secure, and compliant technical frameworks while configuring and deploying advanced modules like Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM). As a proactive problem-solver, you’ll navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions, making a significant impact in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Lead the technical design and implementation of SailPoint ISC to support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance, and integration with existing systems and applications
Configure and deploy SailPoint modules, including NERM and CIEM
Develop integration strategies with authoritative sources (e.g., Active Directory) and target applications
Define and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access certification campaigns
Collaborate with stakeholders, application owners, and project teams to ensure seamless onboarding of applications and auto-provisioning functionality
Conduct technical reviews and assessments of application configurations to determine feasibility for full management or read-in onboarding
Ensure compliance with SOX and CMMC requirements, prioritizing critical applications
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team
Manage SailPoint configurations including workflows, policies, roles, connectors, and rules
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to provisioning, aggregation, and reconciliation
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures
Work closely with your Agile delivery team and organizational stakeholders
Here's what you need:
6+ years of experience with identity management platforms
Extensive experience with the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC, governance, policies, procedures, and standards
Ability to develop and implement automated workflows, scripts, or custom integrations using SailPoint's APIs
Strong knowledge of SailPoint modules, particularly NERM and CIEM, and their integration into enterprise environments
Expertise in designing scalable and secure technical architecture for identity governance and administration
Expertise in identifying and mitigating compliance and security risks with a strong understanding of SOX and CMMC
Nice to have:
IAM certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or similar are a bonus

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states listed (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia). The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies based on a wide array of factors including location, role, skill set and experience. The pay range for the above states is:
$126,300—$243,100 USD
