The East Region Acquisitions Team is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing industrial real estate investments across multiple key East Coast markets. The Acquisitions Associate will play a critical role in supporting this process by managing deal materials, preparing financial models, assisting with due diligence, and creating investment committee presentations to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities
Manage deal materials Prepare financial models and underwriting for potential acquisitions Assist in due diligence Prepare Investment Committee materials Conduct market research and monitor economic indicators Collaborate with internal teams throughout the acquisition process Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, lenders, and other industry professionals Support post-acquisition activities Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed About You
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, or acquisitions within the commercial real estate industry Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of real estate valuation principles Excellent analytical skills Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations and reporting Effective communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines Team player with strong interpersonal skills Compensation
