About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to leverage our networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients, focusing on roles from entry-level to C-suite. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms and utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage SEQ's networking capabilities to source and engage hard-to-reach IT talent for our clients Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for high-priority IT positions within financial services firms Utilize advanced search techniques and AI-powered tools to source passive candidates Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews to assess candidates' skills Manage complex offer negotiations Coordinate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Requirements:
0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or customer service experience Excellent networking and relationship-building skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology Ability to screen candidates effectively and assess technical fit Research skills for sourcing passive candidates Organization and time management to handle multiple open positions simultaneously Qualifications:
