What you’ll do Lead and support high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Negotiate and draft agreements across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with specialist teams. What you’ll need J.D. degree with strong academic credentials. 3–5 years of law firm experience in mergers & acquisitions. Buy- and sell-side transaction experience. Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility to waive in).
