The Director, Learning Technology and Operations will lead the development and scaling of Empower’s enterprise-wide learning ecosystem, leveraging advanced technologies and AI to deliver measurable business results. This leader will design and integrate digital learning platforms, optimize operational processes, and embed predictive, adaptive solutions that accelerate workforce capability, enhance customer experience, and drive enterprise growth. Partnering across business units, this role ensures that learning systems are seamlessly integrated, data-driven, and future-ready. Success requires balancing strategy with execution, building a world-class team, deploying intelligent solutions, and establishing rigorous governance that ensures scalability and reliability. AI-Enabled Business Transformation: Deploy AI-driven personalization to adapt learning experiences in real time. Use predictive analytics to forecast skills gaps and compliance risks proactively. Build AI-powered dashboards that give leaders actionable, real-time decision intelligence. Operational Excellence: Establish systems, processes, and procedures ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability. Streamline learning operations to reduce costs and accelerate time-to-competency. Create measurable dashboards proving ROI for technology investments. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in learning technology and operations. Foster psychological safety, accountability, and recognition across the team.
