What you will do at Sogeti: Evaluate existing database systems to define migration scope and requirements. Design and implement detailed migration plans with risk assessments and timelines. Execute ETL processes to transfer and transform data across platforms. Optimize database performance and ensure schema alignment during migrations. Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals. Document processes and provide ongoing support for migrated systems. What you will bring: 7+ years of experience in database engineering and migration. Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake (AWS & Azure), and Dynamics platforms. Proficiency in integration tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. Strong skills in SQL, NoSQL, data wrangling, and PowerBI preparation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
