Overview: The Project Manager supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level. Responsibilities: Upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. Responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories. Experience leading teams. Qualifications Required: BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience. Require any one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required. 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders. Experience defining requirements and writing user stories. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing. Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000.
