FEDITC is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract
Monterey, CA , supporting approximately 5,751 military and federal civilian employees worldwide. The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. Overview Of Position : This is an upcoming opportunity with a projected start date of 12 January 2026. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position. Background Investigation NAC initiated is required to be considered for this position. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: Guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories Provide a comprehensive monthly report that addresses the progress and status of each deliverable in the PWS Collect and summarize into a SharePoint page (dashboard) within a Portal Support site: support and system requirements, project statuses, system/application changes, Help Desk reports, user feedback, and concerns and priorities for the week Qualifications : Experience/Skills : 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders Experience defining requirements and writing user stories Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing. Education : BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years’ experience Certifications : Required: anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required Clearance : Active SECRET Favorable FBI Fingerprints with “No Record” Must be a US Citizen FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
