We're Hiring: Head of Execution & Operations at APEX Capital Realty (Miami or Remote)
APEX Capital Realty is in growth mode — and we’re building APEX 2.0: a lean, high-performance, automation-powered commercial real estate brokerage.
We’re looking for a Head of Execution & Operations to help us bring order, speed, and accountability across the business. You won’t be a strategist — we’ve got that covered. You’ll be the one who ensures everything gets done, on time, the right way.
Your Role:
Own and maintain our agent KPI tracking (calls, offers, listings, deals)
Keep our weekly systems running: sales meetings, Power Hours, 30-day performance plans
Manage tools like Follow Up Boss, LaunchControl, Zapier, and Apollo
Track vendor expenses and help optimize our monthly burn
Handle agent onboarding/offboarding, CRM access, and tool setup
Work directly with the CEO and Sales Director to move fast and remove bottlenecks
You love checklists, deadlines, and clean dashboards
You’ve worked in real estate, ops, project management, or tech-enabled admin roles
You’re comfortable chasing people for updates and holding them accountable
You’re fluent in Google Sheets, Slack, task boards, CRMs, and automations
You’re more about execution than theory

Compensation:
Bonus potential based on company performance
