About The Role We’re hiring a CRM & Sales Automation Specialist with strong GoHighLevel experience to build automations, optimize funnels, and streamline the systems that power our investor acquisition engine. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves taking messy processes and turning them into automated, scalable systems. You'll work directly inside our CRM to: Build multi-step workflows and follow-up sequences Integrate third-party tools (like Make, Zapier, Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, etc.) Automate lead routing, tagging, and communication Use AI + GPTs to boost appointment setting, follow-ups, and engagement Maintain a clean, functional, fast-moving sales pipeline What You’ll Do Own GHL automations for capital raising campaigns (email/SMS/funnel/booking flows) Connect tools and systems via Make, Zapier, and webhook integrations Improve visibility and reporting for the sales team Use AI tools to scale and personalize investor follow-up Test, debug, and maintain system stability Support marketing/sales with everything needed to move investor leads through the funnel What We’re Looking For 3+ years of GoHighLevel (or equivalent CRM) experience Strong automation logic and funnel execution skills Familiar with tools like Make, Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, and Zoom Experience supporting sales or capital raising teams (private equity, real estate, agency, or startup preferred) Confident building workflows, fixing bugs, and iterating fast Detail-oriented, organized, and obsessed with improving the system Experience with AI and GPT-based automation workflows Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, or API testing Prior work at a marketing agency or ops-heavy startup Light front-end troubleshooting (forms, funnel steps, calendars) Work at the intersection of capital markets and automation Join a lean, fast-moving team doing real, hands-on work Get autonomy to improve the systems you own Opportunity to grow into lead ops, AI product workflows, or CRM leadership Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time
