We are seeking a highly skilled
Litigation Paralegal
with significant experience supporting
commercial litigation matters
and
large-scale trials . The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and bring deep knowledge of litigation procedures from discovery through trial and appeal. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of
commercial litigation , including case intake, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. Manage case files, maintain pleadings, and coordinate document productions (including e-discovery platforms). Draft and prepare legal documents such as subpoenas, deposition summaries, exhibit lists, witness binders, and trial notebooks. Assist in fact investigation, deposition preparation, and trial strategy. Coordinate trial logistics, including witness scheduling, courtroom technology, and evidence management. Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to provide direct litigation and trial team support. Perform legal research and cite-check briefs, motions, and memoranda. Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience , with a strong focus on
commercial litigation . Demonstrated
big trial experience , ideally supporting complex, high-stakes cases in state and/or federal court. Proficiency with
litigation support software
(e.g., Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap, TrialDirector, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of
court rules, procedures, and e-filing
