Bachelor\'s degree (BS or BA) in Business Management or Financial disciplines Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or ability to obtain upon position acceptance) required 5 years DoD-related Budget, Financial Management, or Industry Budget/Financial Management equivalent Navy procedures and Policies (DoD/SECNAV 5000 process) 3 years of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Knowledge in preparing financial planning documentation, developing, executing, tracking, and reporting financial execution documentation Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes (not less than 30 lbs); physical capability to work on and climb ladders, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces Preferred Qualifications
