Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr About The Company Our client, a YC-backed company, is building AI teammates to automate insurance workflows and has recently raised an undisclosed Series A. About The Role Account Executive to manage outbound sales cycle, run demos, and close enterprise deals for AI insurance automation company in San Francisco. The position is in-person, full-time, and based in San Francisco, CA. The salary range is $100,000 - $200,000, and visa sponsorship is available for H-1B, O-1, and OPT. In this role, you will own the full outbound sales cycle, running 20-25 demos weekly, multi-threading conversations, and closing enterprise deals in the $100K-$250K range. You will work closely with the founders and early team, directly shaping the go-to-market motion. Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders and early team to shape the go-to-market motion. Manage in-person, San Francisco-based sales activities; travel as required for in-person engagements. Requirements
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS/enterprise sales experience Worked at an early-stage startup AND/OR has relevant experience for insurance industry sales Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in outbound-driven environments Based in San Francisco, in-person (not remote unless exceptional) Required Skills
Strong communication/demo skills Ability to clearly present value Ability to represent product well Competitive Resilient Collaborative Benefits
