JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Taktical Control Manager to join our Operations Support Center team located in Dallas, TX. The Taktical Manager is responsible for leading project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role ensures effective project controls, provides insights into project performance, and partners with project teams to drive execution discipline. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Implement and oversee project controls process, including earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, and forecasting. Validate initial project phasing plans utilizing JPI Production System best practice. Provide monthly project performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, including project risks, KPIs, and trends. Manage all milestone validation leads and ensure role responsibilities are adhered to on time and accurately. Establish schedule baselines in coordination with construction managers, directors, and stakeholders. Integrate schedule risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulations to assess confidence levels for key milestones. Ensure setup of OPC, Takt interface, inspection, and checklists for projects. Verify and validate production reports generated by status updates to OPC. Track and document all schedule changes and assess the impact of overall project delivery. Expectations

Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles. Physical co-location 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Daily collaboration. Ability to implement organized plans and break down work into clear, attainable steps. Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles). Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
