About The Job The Taktical Control Lead will be responsible for creating and managing the Integrated Project Schedule while implementing takt best practices, phasing plans, and checklists. The position reports to the Taktical Manager.
Responsibilities
Validate initial project phasing plans using JPI Production System best practice.
Validate and ensure the project phasing plan remains aligned with project requirements.
Create visuals for site phases, and establish rough and finish zones; produce outputs for site stages.
Setup OPC, Takt interface, inspections, and checklists for projects; build OPС plans based on nomenclature for stage, sequence, and layers.
Setup and validate Takt interface SharePoint dashboard; input inspection requirements into OPC to enable trackers.
Review OPC daily for allocated projects to capture field progress; run health diagnostics and fix logic/tie issues as needed.
Update OPC plans and resequence based on feedback from the Technical Project Lead; ensure latest plan is reflected at all times.
Troubleshoot OPC-related technical concerns with the field operations team; authorize changes to OPC plan in consultation with the Technical Project Lead and Project Construction Manager.
Operate or troubleshoot OPC as required; verify production reports from OPC status updates.
Collaborate with the RT Ops team during construction to manage and adjust the schedule, addressing logic/tie breakdowns.
Expectations
Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles.
Physical co-location five days a week (Monday–Friday).
Daily collaboration and ability to implement organized plans with clear, attainable steps.
Education, Work Experience & Physical Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a business or professional setting (including non-profit or government roles).
Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
