My client, a top Boutique Private Equity firm ($11b AUM) in the downtown Chicago area, is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join and lead their expanding team due to high growth. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO, and retirement benefits.
Base pay range:
$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities:
Review NAVs, capital calls, water falls, and fund financials Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians Prepare financial statements and regulatory filings Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reviews Track capital activity and assist with investment valuations Qualifications:
3-6 years of mutual fund or registered fund accounting experience Strong understanding of NAV processes, GAAP, and SEC filings Experience with alternatives/private equity is a plus Proficient in Excel and fund accounting software CPA or progress toward certification preferred Seniority level:
