Job Description This role will be responsible for developing and executing the next generation of LK’s interface engine, a critical platform that powers interoperability and data flow across our product ecosystem. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute an AI-first interface engine strategy that sets the foundation for next-generation interoperability across LK's platform. Extend and scale the interface engine strategy across all customer segments, ensuring consistent performance, usability, and innovation. Re-evaluate the underlying business model and use cases to shape a long-term, differentiated interface strategy that delivers strategic value and competitive advantage. Key Activities

Refine and execute the roadmap and operating cadence for ELLKAY’s next-generation interface engine. Create go-to-market and execution plans for customer migration. Deliver strong cross-functional and SDLC leadership across engineering, product, and customer teams. Provide clear, consistent executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and strategic outcomes. Define and attain financial and performance targets, including top-line growth, bottom-line efficiency, and product throughput. Qualifications

Expertise in Product Management, Go-to-Market Planning, and Financial Management Expertise in Healthcare Data Exchange including HL7, FHIR, Smart on FHIR, BULK FHIR, and legacy data formats Expertise with Strategy and Execution of Interface Platform Roadmaps at National Scale Experience with SaaS and Legacy Software Architecture Models Experience applying an AI-First Mindset to Operational and Innovation Challenges Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Processes Experience with Hospital, Lab, and Payer Customer Segments Experience with SDLC Methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and Scrum Experience in UX/UI Design for End-User-Facing Applications How To Stand Out

A strong, informed opinion on the future of AI-driven healthcare interface management Demonstrated track record of delivering modern interface engines at scale A track record leading modernization efforts using a Ship of Theseus or Strangler Fig model A uniquely deep understanding of healthcare data exchange formats, interface patterns, and competitive insights Strong cloud and DevOps experience in a CI/CD environment Benefits
