legal secretary with 4+ years of experience in family wealth/estate planning. Salary up to 115K, with flexibility DOE. Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and legal documents Maintain attorney calendars, including coordinating meetings and conferences Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and prepare expense reports Client contact Process incoming mail, enter attorney time, and perform other clerical tasks Handle special projects, including paralegal tasks, as needed Qualifications
4+ years of family wealth planning (trust, estate planning, and tax) experience in a law firm Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-filing and DocuSign Familiarity with estate planning and execution process, and recorder, assessor, and probate court Detail-oriented and well organized Superior written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
