Director, AI Tools Expert.
The position location is flexible to either Titusville, NJ; Cambridge MA; Spring House, PA; or Zug, Switzerland. This position will require up to 25% travel. About The Role We are looking for a dedicated AI Tools Expert to champion approved AI tools such as Intelligent Chat and Copilot. This role will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding responsible and confident adoption of these tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and responsible use. Key Responsibilities Act as the SME and champion for approved AI tools, providing guidance, training, and support. Develop and share best practices, guardrails, and responsible use guidelines for AI tools. Showcase successful use cases and demonstrate productivity benefits. Collaborate with technical teams and end-users to gather feedback and optimize deployment strategies. Drive responsible, confident adoption of AI tools, ensuring compliance with governance and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical background or experience with AI tools preferred. Proven expertise in AI tools, digital platforms, or related technologies. Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
