Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world. We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our commercial team. Reporting to the RVP of West, you will: Recruiting, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets Understanding and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition Being the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure Fostering a culture which embraces DE&I What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS Experience building successful sales teams You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience You will be a change-agent in the organization; lead processes that scale Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
