Responsibilities - Serve as the principal technical leader for the Governance Platform R&D organization, partner with senior engineering leaders to make key decisions, plan strategies, and drive execution, serving as a trustworthy consultant for org-level initiatives. - Lead and drive the organization's critical long-term technical roadmap and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. - Define technical direction for the org by designing sustainable systems, frameworks, and patterns that scale and drive business impact. - Mentor and develop other engineering leaders, upholding a high bar of engineering excellence. Qualifications - Proven expertise in distributed systems, storage systems, and other relevant technologies. - Hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Proven problem-solving skills and abilities to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.
