Marketing Operations, Systems Analyst

(Growth Marketing Team). This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA. Summary We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations, Systems Analyst to drive analytics, process improvement, and CRM optimization for a high-performing marketing team. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support marketing communications at scale. Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Own analytic program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Document incident/issue symptoms, root cause, business impact, and resolutions. Deliver recurring weekly and monthly reports to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. Maintain internal analytics and reporting tools to support the overall success of the marketing operations team. Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, or related roles. Passion for marketing technology and operations with a strong foundation in CRM systems and data analysis. Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization software. Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and matrix organizational structures. Skilled in partnering with multiple teams including marketing, product, and technical stakeholders. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines. Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail. Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services is a plus. Bonus: AI/ML experience for process and platform improvement. Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Background in marketing operations, data analytics, or CRM management. Preferred experience in SaaS, subscription-based services, or large-scale digital marketing. Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA and requires a hybrid onsite schedule. Option to extend the contract. Pay rates: Culver City – $64.06/hr, Cupertino – $71.71/hr.
