Base pay range:

$64.00/hr - $71.00/hr .

This is a hybrid role in Culver City or Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

Immediate opening for a Data Analyst or Systems Analyst with strong analytics problem-solving skills and a good understanding of SAS and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytic program strategy, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of results to senior leadership.

Develop and implement robust data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices that align with overarching organizational goals.

Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse sources, applying advanced analytical techniques to pinpoint technical issue trends, patterns, and anomalies within marketing operations.

Create clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing business strategy.

Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations that drive process and platform improvements across large, cross-functional teams.

Deliver regular weekly and monthly performance reports, providing critical insights into the health and efficiency of marketing operations.

Create comprehensive technical documentation detailing incident symptoms, root causes, business impact, and resolutions to foster continuous improvement.

Act as a cross-group collaborator, self-starter, and big-picture problem solver, consistently challenging the status quo with data-driven insights.

Must-Have Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in analytics or related roles, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and scale in marketing teams within large matrix organizations.

Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing CRM systems.

Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to structure complex problems into actionable insights.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated experience in creating clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations for various audiences.

A track record of excelling in ambiguous and constantly changing environments, coupled with a curious mind and eagerness to learn.

BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Engineering.

Experience with online services (SAAS) and subscription-based services at scale.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in driving system-scale process and platform improvements.
