Role Overview

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst with a strong project management orientation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating cross-functional initiatives that enhance investor communications and engagement. The Analyst will work closely with the IR team, investment professionals, and senior leadership to support strategic communications, reporting, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

Lead and manage timelines for quarterly investor updates, fundraising materials, and portfolio reporting. Coordinate across investment, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Maintain and improve internal processes for IR-related workflows and data tracking. Investor Communications

Assist in drafting and editing investor letters, presentations, and portfolio updates. Support the development of content for annual meetings, webinars, and other investor events. Ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing materials. Data & Reporting

Compile and analyze portfolio company performance data for investor reporting. Maintain investor databases and CRM systems to track engagement and communications. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from investors and internal stakeholders. Relationship Management

Help manage investor inquiries and coordinate responses with relevant internal teams. Support logistics and planning for investor meetings, roadshows, and events. Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in investor relations, consulting, investment banking, or a related field. Knowledge of the private equity landscape Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
