Head of Sales – Solar & Battery Storage Solutions We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented
Head of Sales
to lead our growth in the
solar PV and battery storage
sectors. This role will oversee commercial and enterprise sales, drive market expansion, and build a high-performing sales organization aligned with our mission to deliver clean energy solutions to both residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across
solar and energy storage
offerings to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify and pursue new market opportunities in residential and commercial segments Leverage performance data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and refine sales processes Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales materials for email outreach, in-person meetings, and trade show presence Partner with Project Coordinators and Account Managers to strengthen existing customer relationships and grow new business Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates and maximize ROI Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development Qualifications: 10+ years of B2B or C&I sales experience, ideally within
solar energy, battery storage, or related clean energy technologies 5+ years successfully building and managing high-performing sales teams Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making, set quotas, and track team performance Strong leadership and communication skills, with a consistent record of exceeding growth targets in dynamic, fast-paced environments Seniority level:
