Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process for assigned requisitions, from initial intake meeting with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding, primarily for roles in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry mapping, social recruiting, and referrals) to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive and active FMCG talent.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior hiring managers to understand business goals, define role requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and provide insightful market data.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient interview process that strengthens our employer brand and secures top candidates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve strategies and report on hiring progress.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of FMCG industry trends, competitor activity, and talent landscape to advise stakeholders effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated talent acquisition/recruitment role, preferably within an agency or an in-house HR team.
- Proven experience hiring for FMCG/CPG companies is highly preferred. Strong understanding of FMCG commercial functions is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
- Experience recruiting in a multinational/matrixed environment.
