Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a dedicated MIG Welding Specialist to enhance their production team. This vital role involves performing high-quality MIG welding operations and requires an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Job Title: MIG Welding Specialist

Location: Vandalia, MO

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: M-F 8am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 9:00pm

What Will You Do?

• Perform MIG welding to attach brackets to I-beams, ensuring precision and quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the work area organized and clean.
• Inspect finished welds for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience with MIG welding is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong focus on detail and adherence to safety practices.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the organization is essential.
• No minimum experience needed; prior welding experience is a plus.
