Manpower is hiring: Welding Specialist - Flux Core and/or Mig in Waco

Join our innovative team as a Welding Specialist - Flux Core and/or Mig, where your skills will directly contribute to our manufacturing success. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality work and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: Typically between $23-$28/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm to 2:30am Monday through Thursday), Weekend Shift (5am to 5:30pm Friday through Sunday)

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute welding tasks using Flux Core and/or Mig welding techniques.
• Ensure all welds conform to strict quality standards and specifications.
• Work alongside team members to foster a safe and efficient work atmosphere.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment for optimal performance.
• Engage in training and upskilling opportunities to advance your knowledge.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of welding experience; 5 years preferred.
• Expertise in Flux Core and/or Mig welding processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a resolute commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift and weekend hours as required.
