Night Shift Production Assembler

Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Production Assembler, where you will engage in vital assembly and sub-assembly operations that contribute to our innovative manufacturing process.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare for assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gathering necessary components and materials.
• Accurately position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening.
• Contribute to prototype building and other special assembly projects as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
• Enhance team performance by sharing your assembly knowledge with colleagues.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before proceeding to the next phase.
• Document assembly actions by completing required production and quality forms.

We are seeking candidates who:

• Have a High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Preferably possess 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Can safely use small hand and power tools.
• Can read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Can comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.

Physical demands of the position include:

• Classification: Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally, 40 pounds frequently.
• Carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally over short distances.
• Frequent pushing/pulling of weights up to 40 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking, along with frequent bending and squatting.

The pay range for this position is between $20 - $24 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on skills and experience.
