They are seeking an SVP, Engineering to lead their engineering team in the next phase of growth. This role requires a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations, deep technical expertise in modern cloud architectures, distributed systems, data platforms, and mobile app development, and a strong background in building enterprise-grade products that meet rigorous compliance and regulatory standards. The SVP, Engineering will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technology meets the real-world needs of the company's clients and members. Applicants for the SVP, Engineering position at the company should have at least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years at the VP/SVP level, ideally in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data-driven platforms. The SVP, Engineering will be expected to partner with product and operations leadership, represent engineering priorities at the executive level, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-impact products. Strong people leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of translating technical complexity into business clarity, and will have experience working with data science, AI/ML, and analytics teams to bring data-driven solutions to market.
