What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain recruiting plans to support staffing needs.
- Conduct recruiting activities to meet client headcount requirements.
- Manage social media activity to boost recruiting and engagement.
- Evaluate and interview applicants while completing required screenings.
- Deliver client-specific orientations as part of the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, billing, and other contract terms.
- Investigate and resolve employee or client concerns as needed.
- Oversee daily timekeeping, payroll reconciliation, and scheduling coordination.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience and 2+ years of people management experience .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and ethical decision-making skills.
- Flexible availability, including after-hours and weekends when needed.
- Valid driver's license.
