Hours & Pay

Schedule: Day shift, hours vary based on business needs.

Pay: $50,000 annually.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain recruiting plans to support staffing needs.
  • Conduct recruiting activities to meet client headcount requirements.
  • Manage social media activity to boost recruiting and engagement.
  • Evaluate and interview applicants while completing required screenings.
  • Deliver client-specific orientations as part of the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, billing, and other contract terms.
  • Investigate and resolve employee or client concerns as needed.
  • Oversee daily timekeeping, payroll reconciliation, and scheduling coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience and 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and ethical decision-making skills.
  • Flexible availability, including after-hours and weekends when needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
