Key Responsibilities:

Manages daily operations and strategic HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and office administration.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain HRIS records and support audits
  • Administer benefits and coordinate with vendors
  • Support employee relations and training efforts
  • Prepare HR documents and communicate policy updates
  • Handle payroll processing and timekeeping compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR matters
  • Submit required reports (OSHA, EEO, etc.)
  • Improve HR processes and support a paperless environment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years human resource experience
  • BambooHR experience required; ADP a plus
  • Strong communication and MS Office skills
Job Details:
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Compensation: $30-36/hr.
  • Employment Type: Temp to hire
  • Location: Irving , TX 75038
