Key Responsibilities:
Manages daily operations and strategic HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and office administration.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain HRIS records and support audits
- Administer benefits and coordinate with vendors
- Support employee relations and training efforts
- Prepare HR documents and communicate policy updates
- Handle payroll processing and timekeeping compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR matters
- Submit required reports (OSHA, EEO, etc.)
- Improve HR processes and support a paperless environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years human resource experience
- BambooHR experience required; ADP a plus
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Compensation: $30-36/hr.
